Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Site Agent for water infrastructure projects across Scotland. The role is based in Inverness with travel to multiple sites, offering lodge support and a competitive package.

Ideal candidates will have civil engineering qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS Manager/Professional, and a proven track record in delivering civils infrastructure, with strong RAMS/ITP and CDM compliance.)

Qualifications

• Experience in water/wastewater, pipelines or general civils infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, ITPs, 3-week lookahead programming, subbie management, and CDM compliance.
• Experience managing project budgets, daily site allocations, variations, and procurement of plant and materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site delivery on water/wastewater, pipelines or civils across Scotland.
• Lead RAMS/ITPs, and implement 3-week lookahead planning.
• Oversee budgets, daily site allocations, variations, and procurement of plant and materials.
• Travel to multiple sites with lodge support and maintain CDM compliance.
