Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting two Site Agents for civil infrastructure projects across Scotland, including water and wastewater works. The roles are permanent and office-based in Inverness with travel to multiple sites across Scotland.

Candidates should have civil engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree/NVQ) and hold SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work. RAMS/ITPs and CDM compliance experience is essential for site delivery and budget management.

Qualifications

• HNC, HND, Degree or NVQ equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card (Manager/Professional)
• Proven track record running site delivery on water/wastewater, pipelines, or general civils infrastructure.
• RAMS, ITPs, 3-week lookahead programming, subbie management, and CDM compliance.
• Experience managing project budgets, daily site allocations, variations, and procurement of plant and materials.
• Willingness to work a site-based role with flexibility to travel across multiple sites in Scotland (with full lodge support).
• First Aid at Work Certificate
• Temporary Works Supervisor / Coordinator (TWS/TWC)

Responsibilities

• Run site delivery on water/wastewater, pipelines, or general civils infrastructure.
• Travel across Scotland to manage multiple sites with lodge support.
• Manage RAMS, ITPs, lookahead programming, sub-contractor management and CDM compliance.
• Oversee project budgets, daily site allocations, variations, and procurement of plant and materials.

Salary - Up to £55,000 / year (negotiable) + £6k car allowance + working away allowance
