Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting two Site Agents to work on water infrastructure and civils projects across Scotland. The roles offer long-term security with a direct framework and lodge travel support.

Candidates need civil engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree/NVQ), CSCS Manager, SMSTS, RAMS/ITPs, and proven site delivery experience in water/wastewater or civils. Willingness to travel across Scotland with lodge support is essential.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND/Degree/NVQ equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Proven track record delivering site work on water or civils projects.
• Experience with RAMS, ITPs, lookahead planning, sub-contractor management and CDM compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead site delivery on water/wastewater, pipelines or civils infrastructure across Scotland.
• Manage budgets, site allocations, variations and procurement of plant/materials.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, ITPs and CDM on multiple sites.
