Job summary

Knights Brown Construction Ltd is seeking a Site Administrator to support our operational and commercial teams on site in the Dover area. You will ensure site records, safety files and documentation are accurately controlled to keep projects running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in site administration on construction projects.
• Strong organisational skills for maintaining project documentation.
• Knowledge of health & safety records and subcontractor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Upload, track and manage site records and safety files.
• Support site teams with health and safety records, plant/material registers and certifications.
• Ensure drawings and documents are controlled with version control procedures.
• Assist with weekly/monthly reporting including KPIs and compliance returns.
• Coordinate PAT testing and liaise with subcontractors on inspections and safety.
