Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience in leading, managing and coaching teams to achieve high standards of customer care.
• Experience of working autonomously, taking initiative and managing own workload.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage the reception and administrative team, including supervision, appraisal, coaching and development plans.
• Support the site Clinical Lead in day-to-day running and planning, ensuring safe patient care.
• Ensure admin systems and procedures run efficiently across sites.
