Job summary

Vida Healthcare seeks a Reception Team Leader to oversee the Patients Support team across multiple sites. The role covers leadership of reception and administration duties, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in person, on the phone, and in writing.

The RTL will manage call queues, staff rotas, and training needs, while maintaining high standards of patient service and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Previous NHS exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education.
• High standard of written and spoken English.
• IT literacy – MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee call queues, ensure PST calls answered promptly across sites.
• Organise staff rotas to cover daily routines and site coverage.
• Support PST staff training needs and development.
• Be first point of contact for PST issues and escalations.
• Conduct timely return-to-work interviews when appropriate.
