Job overview
We have various Band 6 Sister posts within our Renal unit:
3 x Full-time (37.5 hrs) Permanent
1 x Full-time (37.5 hrs) Secondment - 12 months
You will be an experienced Band 5 or a sister at Band 6 level seeking a new opportunity to demonstrate leadership in nursing. Renal experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
You will primarily work in your assigned unit but may support other areas within the division and renal units across NORTH Bristol Trust to foster interdisciplinary collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
We seek a highly skilled Band 5 or experienced Band 6 nurse capable of starting immediately. Knowledge of Band 6 management roles is advantageous.
Person specification
Applicants will typically start at the minimum of the pay scale unless prior NHS service at the same band exists; progression is via annual increments.
