The Bristol Royal Infirmary Adult Emergency department is a thriving busy department, in the heart of the city of Bristol.   2. Maintaining standards through audits

  4. Clinically assessing to help identify sick and deteriorating patients
  5. Ensuring sepsis targets are met
  6. Providing clinical support to staff on duty
  7. Maintaining oversight of all areas of the emergency department
  8. Ensuring clear communication within the department and externally with patient flow
  9. Supporting with clinical emergencies
  10. Ensuring patients have plans and facilitate flow for children, young people, and vulnerable adults
