We are seeking a dedicated professional to act as a role model and team leader, setting standards of practice, promoting clinical effectiveness, and creating opportunities for teaching. You will be responsible for organizing and managing the department, delegating responsibilities effectively, and leading the team in the absence of senior staff. Following appropriate training, your clinical duties will include:

1. Managing daily shifts
2. Performing Visual Acuities
3. Performing Fluorescein Angiograms
4. Cannulation
5. Venepuncture
6. Assisting with intravitreal injections
7. Working at outreach sites if needed
