Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 - London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts who are proud of their impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex, critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Station System Technician, Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attend to planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report/fix station communication faults
• Use field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for tasking and fault updates

Who you are:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who can multitask and enjoy learning. The Level 4 Technician role is ideal if you have experience in a similar role or understand Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Understanding of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to work nights from Pirin Court Service Centre, Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am
