Hello, I am currently recruiting a waiter/waitress for a fine dining restaurant based in Chelsea. The ideal candidates should be passionate about food & wine, curious, and keen to learn. Responsibilities:

• The Waiter/Waitress will confidently manage a section during service, staying attentive to guests.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience working as a waiter/waitress in busy restaurants.
• Good knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for expanding that knowledge.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
• A positive attitude and flexibility to assist other departments.
• Punctual, reliable, diplomatic, and calm under pressure.
• Excellent memory for names and faces.
