We are looking for a Waiter to join our team at The Hoxton, Southwark, in our Albie restaurant.

The Hoxton, Southwark, is our third location in London, a borough known for its vibrant history. It was once home to the famous pub The Prince Albert, where patrons bet on sports from their barstools, handing cash to the pub’s licensed bookie. We feature 192 bedrooms, two restaurants—Albie & Seabird—and our first European location outside London! Albie is our all-day neighbourhood dining spot inspired by the French and Italian Riviera, while Seabird is a rooftop restaurant on the 14th floor with a raw bar, London's longest oyster list, and panoramic city views.

Albie offers proper breakfasts, comfortable seating, modern dishes, and a great selection of wines and cocktails to enjoy throughout the day.
