Location: Central London | Monday–Friday only | No weekends!

Salary: £32,500 + approximately £6,000 annual gratuities and Christmas bonus.

What you’ll do:

• Mix and serve classic and modern cocktails with finesse
• Take and deliver food orders, ensuring seamless service

• Accurately manage Member accounts and requests
• Build rapport with long-standing Members in a refined setting

You’ll need:

• WSET training or strong drinks knowledge
• Full right to work in the UK
