Job summary

Network Rail is seeking a proactive Team Leader for Signalling & Telecoms at Saltley Maint Depot, Birmingham. You will lead a skilled team responsible for maintaining railway assets and delivering safe, reliable operations that keep trains moving.

You'll organise inspections, fault investigations and renewals, ensure safe systems of work, and work closely with section managers and partners to achieve high standards of safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience arranging and implementing safe systems of work.
• Experience organising and controlling safe/efficient delivery of work.
• Able to demonstrate, promote and embed safe working behaviours within the team.
