Job summary

Capgemini, a global leader in technology and consulting, seeks an SIAM Service Reporting and Service Level Analyst to govern performance reporting across a multi-supplier environment. Qualifications

• Experience in Service Reporting, Service Level Management and Service Integration in complex multi-supplier IT environments.
• Knowledge of SIAM principles, supplier governance, and measurement of service performance.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes (SLA, KPI, OLA, Incident, Change).
• Experience producing and presenting service performance reports to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Service Reporting and Service Level Management across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring performance is measured and reported against targets.
• Produce, validate, and analyse service performance reports, dashboards, and management information with insights for governance forums.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to investigate performance issues and drive improvement actions when targets are missed.
• Support governance meetings by preparing performance data and evidence-based recommendations to improve service outcomes.
