Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Service Request Lead to govern end-to-end service request management across a multi-supplier IT landscape. You will oversee fulfilment, drive process compliance, and ensure service quality across suppliers and internal teams.

With a focus on continual service improvement, you will monitor performance, manage supplier accountability, and deliver measurable business value. The role is hybrid, involving Capgemini offices, client sites, and home working in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Service Request Management, Service Management, or SIAM in multi-supplier IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM principles, governance, and service integration.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Request, Incident, Service Level, and Continual Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Service Request Management across a complex, multi-supplier environment.
• Ensure requests are fulfilled within agreed service levels and aligned to business priorities.
• Provide governance over fulfillment activities, driving process compliance and service quality across suppliers.
