Job summary

Capgemini is hiring a SIAM Capacity Analyst to monitor and optimise capacity and performance across a multi‑supplier environment. You will own end‑to‑end capacity management, forecast demand, and drive improvements for service growth and risk reduction.

You will collaborate with suppliers, support service design and governance, and produce dashboards and insights to enhance operational excellence in a hybrid UK role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Capacity Management, Service Management or Service Performance within complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM principles and multi-supplier service governance.
• Ability to analyse capacity, utilisation, performance and demand data to identify trends and risks.
• Experience producing capacity forecasts and service performance reporting for technical and business stakeholders.
• Solid ITSM knowledge, including Capacity, Incident, Problem, Change and Service Continuity, with ITIL framework familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Capacity Management process across a multi-supplier environment to meet current and future requirements.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on capacity, utilisation, performance, trends, risks and constraints; identify optimisation opportunities.
• Drive proactive capacity planning activities, forecasting demand and ensuring services support growth and changes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to investigate capacity issues, manage risks and deliver performance improvements.
• Support service design, change and governance with capacity planning and scalability input.
• Produce capacity reporting, forecasts, dashboards and insights while driving continual improvement initiatives.
