Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a SIAM Problem Analyst to lead end-to-end problem management across a multi-supplier environment. You will own investigations, drive permanent resolutions, and coordinate cross-team efforts to reduce service disruptions and improve end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Problem Management, Service Management, or Service Integration within complex multi-supplier IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM, supplier governance, and coordinating services across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Problem Management process across a multi-supplier service environment to reduce disruption.
• Coordinate suppliers and internal teams to perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes.
• Manage the lifecycle of problem records with timely investigation, escalation, and governance.
