Job summary

Capgemini UK is hiring a SIAM Service Reporting and Service Level Analyst to govern performance reporting across a complex multi-supplier IT environment. You will produce, validate and analyse reports and dashboards, ensuring targets and contractual commitments are met.

You will monitor SLAs, KPIs and OLAs, identify risks and opportunities, and work with suppliers and stakeholders to drive improvement actions and better customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in service reporting, SLM, and SIAM within multi-supplier IT environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks; ability to produce and present management information.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end SLM processes across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring targets and contractual obligations are met.
• Produce, validate, and analyse performance reports, dashboards and management information for governance forums.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, OLAs; investigate issues and drive improvement actions.
