Qualifications

• Experience in Availability Management or Service Performance in complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM and multi-supplier service delivery models.
• Ability to analyse service availability data and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Continuity, Availability Management.
• Experience managing service risks and dependencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Availability Management process across a multi-supplier environment.
• Monitor, analyse and report on service availability, trends and risks.
• Drive proactive initiatives to reduce downtime and improve resilience.
• Collaborate with suppliers to investigate issues and implement actions.
• Manage governance, reviews and service performance discussions.
• Work with Incident, Problem, Capacity and Continuity teams to produce insights.
