Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a SIAM Release Analyst to coordinate end-to-end release activities across a complex multi-supplier environment. The role focuses on planning, governance, and robust delivery to minimise disruption to live services and improve service quality.

You will work with suppliers, delivery teams, and service management functions to maintain calendars, identify dependencies, and support successful release execution, reporting, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating release management across complex multi-supplier IT environments.
• Knowledge of SIAM, ITIL, and service integration governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Ability to analyse release performance and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end Release Management across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring releases are planned and deployed per governance.
• Maintain release calendars, identify dependencies, and support successful release delivery.
• Monitor readiness with required approvals, documentation, testing evidence, and deployment plans.
• Produce release schedules, MI, and reports to support operational oversight and informed decisions.
• Support continual improvement initiatives by analysing release performance and capturing lessons learned.
