Team Ward is seeking a Security Officer in Birmingham to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment. You will perform ID checks, respond to emergencies, and report incidents with professional presentation.

The role requires an SIA license, excellent communication, and a minimum of one year of security experience in a corporate setting. Shift pattern supports a Monday–Friday schedule with a 25-hour week.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Officer.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to deliver clear verbal and written reports.

• Act as information point for staff and visitors.
