Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Northampton is seeking a vigilant security officer to protect people, property and assets on-site, following Assignment Instructions and meeting the customer’s KPIs and SLA requirements.

You will complete required compliance and training, maintain front-line SIA licences (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS licensure, renewals due 16 weeks before expiry, and pursue ongoing professional development as directed by the Security Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience required.
• SIA Licence required (front-line).
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets on-site according to AI's and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with UK law and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required competency training and renew licences 16 weeks before expiry.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and notebook entries.
• Follow procedures and communicate with Security Account Manager.
