Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a vigilant security officer to protect our client's property and assets. You will follow Assignment Instructions, meet KPIs and maintain a professional standard on site.

You will be responsible for monitoring, patrolling, and promptly reporting hazards to minimise disruption and loss. You must hold an SIA licence (front-line security or door supervision) and be prepared for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• SIA frontline licence required (security guarding or door supervision).
• Previous security experience preferred.
• SC clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets by following Assignment Instructions and site guidelines.
• Meet or exceed KPIs/SLA through accountable service and effective on-site performance.
• Complete required training to ensure continuous self-development.
• Comply with UK law and regulatory requirements on site.
• Maintain professional conduct and promptly report incidents in notes/Incident Report processes.
• Call emergency services and report incidents to the Control Centre as needed.
