Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Retail Officer for Superdrug in Bedford. The role covers 34 hours per week with shifts Monday to Thursday 09:00–17:30, paying £12.99 per hour. You will protect property, people and assets on site and work to meet site KPIs and SLAs.

Candidates must hold an SIA front-line license (Guarding or Door Supervision) with ongoing compliance to UK law and company policies. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• SIA licensed front-line guard/door supervision is essential.
• SC clearance is desirable for the role.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers' property, people and assets per AI instructions.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs through responsible service delivery.
• Complete required training and renew licences as scheduled.
• Follow on-site policies, UK law and safety procedures.
