Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Retail Officer for Savers Hatfield to protect property, people and assets in line with site Instructions and UK law. This role requires the SIA licence and a proactive approach to security duties.

You will work 32 hours per week at a pay rate of £12.99 per hour, on a Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday schedule, with required compliance, training and incident reporting as part of routine operations.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required for front-line security work.
• Previous security experience.
• SC clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets in line with AI's and UK law.
• Meet and exceed KPIs/SLAs for the client.
• Complete on-site tasks per published instructions and licence compliance.
• Attend required training and renew licences before expiry.
• Record incidents accurately for reporting.
