Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Retail Officer for Waitrose Wallingford. The role involves protecting property, people and assets in line with site AI instructions, and meeting KPIs to help retain the contract.

Hours total 45 per week, including weekends, with a pay rate of £14.05 per hour. On-site duties include compliance with UK law, mandatory front-line licences (SIA) and potential SC clearance.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required for front-line duties.
• Previous security experience is essential.
• SC Clearance desirable for some sites.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per AI site instructions.
• Meet/exceed KPIs and SLAs to retain the contract.
• Complete required competency training and renew licences on time.
• Follow policies, legal and regulatory requirements and escalate issues.
