Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Worcester and surrounding areas. The role requires a driving licence and access to own vehicle, with pay rate of £13.81 per hour.

You will protect property, people and assets, meet KPIs, complete required training, and ensure compliance with UK law and site policies while maintaining professional conduct and reporting incidents through proper channels.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA license is required.
• SC clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per AI's and SLA.
• Meet or exceed KPIs to aid in contract retention.
• Complete required competency training and renew licences on time.
• Comply with UK law and site policies.
• Report incidents and maintain incident notebooks.
