Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a security professional to protect customer sites in the UK, including ASDA stores. The role requires a valid SIA licence (front-line Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and a commitment to ongoing training.

You will work to KPI targets, ensuring safety, security, and compliance across assigned sites. The position offers a part-time schedule (approximately 30 hours per week) with on-site duties at customer locations.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA Licence (front-line Security Guarding or Door Supervision) required.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer’s property, people and/or assets by delivering security services in line with site AI's and changes.
• Meet or exceed KPI/SLA targets through accountable, reliable service that supports contract retention.
• Complete required training and maintain professional standards on site.
• Comply with UK law, safety requirements and corporate policies for security operations.
• Renew licences on schedule and maintain necessary credentials for the role.
