• Carry out regular patrols of the shopping centre as per site instructions.
• Maintain professional grooming and adhere to the uniform policy.
• Ensure a safe, non-threatening environment for all visitors and tenants.
• Liaise with the control room and respond proactively to incidents.
• Assist third-party contractors and visitors with site procedures.
• Coordinate with authorities as needed and follow radio procedures.
• Undertake other reasonable duties to meet business needs.
