Job summary

ABM is seeking a Security Relief Officer to act as the public face of the security team in the shopping centre. This role requires a professional, can-do attitude and a commitment to high standards of security and customer service for clients and visitors.

You will patrol the centre, assist visitors, report incidents to the control room, log non-conformances, and support the team to keep areas safe. SIA license and First Aid training are essential.

• SIA license essential
• First Aid Training required

Responsibilities

• Interact with visitors and tenants delivering customer-focused service
• Carry out regular patrols of the shopping centre as directed
• Proactively assist visitors and respond to opportunities to help
• Maintain safe, non-threatening environment for all visitors and staff
• Report incidents and liaise with the control room promptly
• Log non-conformances and emergencies with control room
• Ensure secure areas are reported and actioned
• Record events in the security notebook and follow notebook policies
