Job summary

ABM is recruiting a Customer Service Officer to be the public face of the security team at Manor Walks Shopping Centre. You will deliver exemplary security and customer service, while upholding a professional demeanor and a can-do attitude.

Must hold a valid SIA License. The role involves patrols, incident response, and collaboration with the control room to maintain a safe environment for visitors and tenants.

Qualifications

• Be professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful whilst carry out duties to the highest standard.
• One team approach.
• Take ownership of all situations to ensure tasks are completed or escalated when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Interact with visitors/tenants delivering first class customer service.
• Carry out regular patrols and stay proactive.
• Assist visitors and maintain safe, non-threatening environment.
• Record non-conformances and emergencies with control room.
• Respond to incidents and keep Centre team informed.
• Monitor and report unauthorised access by banned individuals.
• Perform any other reasonable duties to meet business needs.
• Ensure timely response to security issues and events.
