Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is recruiting Passenger Service Agents to join the Train Crew Department for Le Shuttle (Eurotunnel). You will deliver customer service and safety-focused support to passengers traveling between the UK and France.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Previous customer service experience preferred (transport/travel helpful).
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, proactive attitude with strong teamwork and safety focus.
• Valid passport and Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading and unloading passenger trains in line with safety rules.
• Ensure passenger safety and wellbeing throughout the journey.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist passengers with inquiries.
• Work across on-site and onboard areas to support daily operations.
• Contribute to a smooth operation of one of the UK's unique transport services.
