Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is recruiting Bus Station Cleaners to join our cleaning team across client sites in the UK. You will perform wiping, dusting, hoovering and general cleaning tasks, with full training provided.

We value reliability, flexibility and a professional appearance. You will report to the contract supervisor and use company devices for daily reporting. A competitive hourly rate is paid monthly and standard benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and develop new cleaning skills.
• Experience in cleaning environment is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work with professional standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Wipe, dust, hoover and maintain cleaning areas.
• Clean toilets and report damages.
• Unlock sites and perform daily reporting to the supervisor.

The role

Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our Cleaning team, working with our prestigious clients. If this sounds like you, and you’re willing to learn new skills to develop your career, we promise to provide full training and all the support you’ll need to help you to succeed.

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

• Wiping, dusting, hoovering, machining (training will be given),
• Toilets cleaning,
• Damages reporting
• Unlocking the site
• Daily reporting to contract supervisor.
• All cleaning tasks are reporting electronically on company's devices.

Is this you

• Completed school age education or training
• Willing to learn and develop
• Reliable and flexible, smart in appearance and always professional
• Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
• Preferably some experience working within a cleaning environment and as part of a team
• Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• Driving Licence (not required for all roles)

Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, original bank statement, original payslip, birth certificate or a valid share code.
