Carlisle Support Services is recruiting a Train Station Security Officer to join our team across UK rail sites. You will perform uniformed duties in a disciplined environment, handling security searches and incidents while delivering high standards of customer service to passengers and staff.

Competenze

• At least 18 years old for licensable role.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence is required.
• 5 years of checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and professional at all times.

Mansioni

• Perform uniformed duties within a disciplined environment.
• Carry out security searches of a train station.
• Support the Merseyrail TravelSafe initiative.
• Respond to and contain security incidents to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist passengers, with emphasis on vulnerable individuals.
• Safeguard vulnerable passengers until authorities take over.
• Contribute to KPI targets and a culture of high performance.
• Provide visible reassurance patrols on rail networks and services.
• Record information accurately in line with GDPR and Health & Safety policies.
