We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join a prestigious FF&E supplier serving the architecture and design (A&D) community, renowned for its work on high-end residential projects. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a respected brand known for quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring industry expertise, a passion for design, and the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships within the luxury residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with the architecture and design (A&D) community.
  • Grow A&D community within High end residential through business development
  • Play a key role in shaping and executing sales strategies, with a particular focus on securing new business
  • Support the company’s growth into new international markets by expanding sales strategies abroad.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations to A&D within the showroom to professionals across London and the wider UK.
  • Lead project management efforts from initial client engagement through to final product delivery, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
  • Coordinate and present company presence at major industry events
  • Assist with the planning and execution of showroom events and client-facing activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system and regularly report on performance to the director.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the furniture, interiors, or related design industries.
  • A well-established network within the A&D community.
  • Genuine passion for interior design, furniture, or textiles.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly organised.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management abilities with a proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
