Job summary

Motorvogue Group in Northampton is seeking a hands-on Sales Controller/ Assistant Sales Manager to join a multi-brand team. The role focuses on running the showroom floor, structuring deals to maximise margin, and ensuring customers receive a first‑class experience.

Daily duties include supporting the sales team, closing deals on the showroom floor, and maintaining high standards across forecourt and showroom presentation. 5.5 days per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience on the showroom floor and closing deals.
• Ability to structure deals to maximise margin.
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership to support a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Running the showroom activity day‑to‑day.
• Supporting sales executives in closing deals.
• Second facing customers when required.
• Maintaining forecourt and showroom standards.
• Closing difficult deals and coaching less experienced staff.
