Job summary

Your Recruitment Coach Ltd is recruiting a Showroom Advisor in Alderley Edge to join a growing team selling high-quality tiles. You will handle inquiries, quotations, payments and deliveries, delivering exceptional customer service and advice to homeowners, designers and trade clients across the UK.

The role requires a confident communicator, highly organised and proactive with at least 2 years sales experience and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced showroom.
• Hands-on, enthusiastic approach with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls.
• Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries and provide aftersales service.
• Guide customers through the sales process via phone, email or in person.
• Provide design and product advice to customers and maintain showroom standards.
