Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a personable Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom Advisor to join a well-established showroom team in Northampton. You will deliver exceptional customer service, guide customers through kitchen and bathroom selections, and help turn ideas into confident purchases.

Full training will be provided by a showroom specialist. The role is full-time, 8am-5pm with two Saturdays per month (8am-12pm), and offers a salary of £29,000–£30,000 (DOE) plus a quarterly bonus shared

Qualifications

• Background in sales and customer service in a retail/showroom or similar environment.
• A passion for design, home improvement or interiors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability and confidence working in a busy environment.
• Competent computer skills.
• Full driving licence and access to an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and offer clear, informed product advice.
• Guide customers through the full kitchen or bathroom selection process.
• Assist with purchases and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with trade partners to build relationships and encourage cross-selling.
• Keep the showroom tidy, organised, and inspiring.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and likes helping customers bring their ideas to life. Full training will be provided by a showroom specialist.

You’ll be the welcoming face of the showroom – supporting customers from their first visit through to final purchase, providing product insight, and ensuring they leave confident and satisfied with their choices.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
