The role requires strong communication, relationship-building and project-management skills, with a flexible rota including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom teams and installers with help and advice to deliver a seamless, professional service.
• Keep customers up to date with their projects until completion via phone, email or face-to-face.
• Use design software to bring customer projects to life and explore possibilities.
