Job summary

B&Q Stirling is hiring a Showroom Project Coordinator to support showroom teams and installers in delivering a seamless, professional service for customers. You will keep customers up to date, use design software to bring projects to life, and confidently recommend finance, products and installation options.

The role is full-time (36.75 hours/week) with permanent contract terms and shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7:00am–10:00pm.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to coordinate showroom teams and installers.
• Able to manage projects end-to-end with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
• Flexible to work a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom teams and installers to deliver a seamless service for customers.
• Keep customers updated via phone, email or face-to-face until project completion.
• Use design software to visualise customer projects and advise on finance, products and installation options.
