Job summary

B&Q Stevenston is seeking a Showroom Advisor to help customers create dream spaces. You will guide customers from initial ideas through to delivery, using design software to present options and close sales.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, collaboration with colleagues and installers, and a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. With a permanent full-time contract and a 36.75-hour week, you will receive a competitive hourly rate and potential bonuses for targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable working with technology to design or configure product options for customers.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment and contribute to team success.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to assess needs and propose finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to create inspirational designs and present viable solutions to customers.
• Coordinate multiple projects, supporting customers both remotely and in person, from idea to delivery.
