Job summary

B&Q Newry is hiring a Showroom Project Coordinator on a full-time basis (36.75 hours per week) for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will support showroom teams and installers, keep customers updated by phone, email or face-to-face, and use design software to bring projects to life, advising on finance, products and installation options.

Shifts run Mon-Sun, 7:00–20:00 with potential bonuses up to £250 per quarter for targets and a £3,000 award for top performers, plus a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• You’re strong at using technology and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom teams and installers to deliver a seamless service to customers.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or face-to-face and keep them updated until project completion.
• Use design software to illustrate and refine customer projects and advise on finance, products and installation options.
