Job summary

B&Q Derby is seeking a Showroom Project Coordinator to support showroom teams and installers, delivering a seamless, professional service across projects. You will communicate with customers via phone, email and in-person to keep them updated until completion.

You will use design software to visualise projects, ask the right questions and explore options, and confidently recommend finance, products and installation choices.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with showroom teams and installers.
• Motivated by targets with a practical, problem-solving mindset and keen eye for design.
• Flexibility to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom teams and installers to deliver a seamless, professional service for customers.
• Keep customers updated via phone, email, or face-to-face until project completion.
• Use design software to visualise customer projects and explore options; advise on finance, products and installation choices.
