B&Q Limited in Bolton is looking for a Showroom Project Coordinator on a full-time 34-hour week to support showroom teams and installers, delivering a seamless service and guiding customers from initial questions to project completion.

You will use design software to visualise projects, discuss finance options, and advise on products and installation choices. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• You’re great at using technology but more importantly you’ll have brilliant communication and relationship building skills.
• You’re motivated by targets and you’re a good problem-solver and project manager too.
• Flexible rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom teams and installers to deliver a seamless service for customers.
• Keep customers updated via phone, email, or face-to-face until project completion.
• Use design software to visualise customer projects and explore options.
