B&Q Limited in Holywood Exchange is hiring a Showroom Project Coordinator to support showroom teams and installers, keeping customers informed from start to finish. You will use design software to visualise projects and help recommend financing, products and installation options.

The role requires great communication, a proactive project management mindset, and flexibility to work rota including weekends and holidays, with a competitive hourly rate and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to work with installers and colleagues to deliver services.
Confident in using design software to visualise projects.
Flexible rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

Support showroom teams and installers to deliver seamless service.
Update customers by phone, email or face-to-face until project completion.
Use design software to bring customer projects to life and explore options.
Recommend financing, products and installation options.
