Job summary

B&Q Holywood Exchange is seeking a Showroom Project Coordinator to help bring kitchen and bathroom projects to life. You will support showroom teams and installers, keeping customers updated from initial inquiry through completion.

The role is Full Time 36.75 hours per week with a permanent contract and shifts Mon-Sun 7am-4pm. You should be comfortable using design software and communicating clearly, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work with showroom teams and installers.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom teams and installers to deliver a seamless service.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person until project completion.
• Use design software to bring customer projects to life and suggest finance and product options.
