Job summary

B&Q Meir Park is seeking a Showroom Project Coordinator to help bring kitchen and bathroom projects to life. You’ll support showroom teams and installers, keep customers updated, and use design software to turn ideas into visuals.

The role rewards efficiency with bonuses and incentives within a supportive retail environment. You will work a full-time schedule of 36.75 hours with shifts across Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with colleagues and installers.
• Motivated by targets and capable of managing projects to completion.
• Good problem-solving abilities with attention to design details.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom teams and installers to deliver a seamless service for customers.
• Keep customers updated via phone, email or in person until project completion.
• Use design software to visualise customer projects and explore options.
• Recommend finance, products and installation options for projects.
• Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
