Job summary

Jago Consultants' client, a leading UK main car dealership, seeks an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the sales floor, coach the Executives and drive profitability. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will oversee F&I and chassis KPI delivery, manage enquiries and maintain high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal.
• To have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DMS, training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulation
• To be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
• To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Executives.
• Provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability.
• Be primarily responsible for achieving chassis and F&I KPI’s.
• Oversee the enquiry management process.
• Promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.
• Be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals.
