Responsibilities

• Oversee 5x New Car Sales Executives and an LBDM.
• Set stretch objectives and provide regular feedback on performance against targets.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturer targets and maximise opportunities.
• Inspire an incredible customer experience for every customer interaction.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities, including deal files, handovers, and sales funnel to maximise revenue.
• Control over used car stock, including demonstrators and trade stock.
